Chicken Karahi is a popular dish from Pakistan and India, and it's fairly easy to make at home. Here is a simple recipe for you
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds boneless Skinless funk shanks or guts large onion Finely diced
- 2-3 Cloves of garlic Diced
- 1-2 green chilies thinly sliced
- 2- 3 tomatoes finely diced
- 1 tsp cumin greasepaint
- 1 tsp coriander greasepaint
- 1 tsp red chili greasepaint
- 1 tsp swab, or to taste / 2 tsp turmeric greasepaint
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 mug oil painting
- 1/4 mug fresh cilantro Diced
Instructions:
Cut the funk into bite- sized pieces and set away. In a visage, heat oil painting over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until they're golden brown. Add garlic and green chilies and sauté for another 1- 2 twinkles. Add tomatoes and continue to cook until they're soft and mushy. Add cumin greasepaint, coriander greasepaint, red chili greasepaint, swab, turmeric greasepaint, and garam masala, and cook for 2- 3 twinkles or until the oil painting starts to separate from the masala. Add the funk to the visage, and cook until it's completely cooked through, stirring sometimes. Reduce heat to low, and let it cook for another 2- 3 twinkles. Turn off heat, add the fresh cilantro on top of it Serve over rice, or with naan chuck
