There are numerous different variations of Chinese rice dishes, but I will give you a form for a simple, classic interpretation of" Fried Rice."
- 2 mugs of cooked white rice
- 2 tsp of oil
- 2 eggs, smoothly beaten
- 1/2 mug of minced carrots
- 1/2 mug of frozen peas
- 1/4 mug of minced onions
- 2 cloves of garlic, diced
- 2 tsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of sesame oil (optional)
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Toast the oil painting in a visage or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the eggs and scramble until completely cooked.
- Remove the eggs from the visage and set them away.
- Add the minced carrots, peas, onions, and garlic to the visage and sauté for about 3- 4 twinkles, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the cooked rice to the visage and stir well to combine.
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil painting, swab, and pepper, and continue to stir- shindig for a fresh 2- 3 twinkles, or until the rice is heated through.
- Stir in the climbed eggs and continue to cook for 1- 2 twinkles.
- Serve and enjoy!
You can customize this form to your delight, you can use different veggies or proteins like funk, shrimp, or beef. Also, you can use other seasonings like oyster sauce or hoisin sauce to make it more scrumptious.
