Easy banana bread recipe at home

 Here is a simple recipe for making banana bread:



Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed 


  • 1 cup of sugar


  • 1/3 cup of melted butter


  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract


  • 2 eggs



  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder




  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda



  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt


  • 1 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour


  • 1/2 cup of chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix until well blended.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flour. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and mix until just combined.
  • Fold in any additional ingredients such as nuts or chocolate chips if desired
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top.
  • Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
  • Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan and transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Slice and serve, Enjoy!
  • You can add some other ingredients to make it different, such as cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom or even some spices to make it more delicious.

Also, to make it healthier you can use whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose or use some oats or flaxseed to add more nutrients.

How to make Chinese rice

There are numerous different variations of Chinese rice dishes, but I will give you a form for a simple, classic interpretation of" Fried Rice." 


Ingredients:

  • 2 mugs of cooked white rice
  • 2 tsp of oil
  • 2 eggs, smoothly beaten 
  • 1/2 mug of minced carrots 
  • 1/2 mug of frozen peas 
  • 1/4 mug of minced onions  
  • 2 cloves of garlic, diced  
  • 2 tsp of soy sauce 
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil (optional)  
  • salt and pepper, to taste  


Instructions:


  • Toast the oil painting in a visage or wok over medium-high heat.  
  • Add the eggs and scramble until completely cooked. 
  • Remove the eggs from the visage and set them away. 
  • Add the minced carrots, peas, onions, and garlic to the visage and sauté for about 3- 4 twinkles, or until the vegetables are tender. 
  • Add the cooked rice to the visage and stir well to combine.  
  • Add the soy sauce, sesame oil painting, swab, and pepper, and continue to stir- shindig for a fresh 2- 3 twinkles, or until the rice is heated through.  
  • Stir in the climbed eggs and continue to cook for 1- 2 twinkles.  
  • Serve and enjoy!  


You can customize this form to your delight, you can use different veggies or proteins like funk, shrimp, or beef. Also, you can use other seasonings like oyster sauce or hoisin sauce to make it more scrumptious.

Chicken Karahi is a popular dish from Pakistan and India, and it's fairly easy to make at home. Here is a simple recipe for you



Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds boneless Skinless funk shanks or guts large onion Finely diced 
  • 2-3 Cloves of garlic Diced 
  • 1-2 green chilies thinly sliced
  • 2- 3 tomatoes finely diced 
  • 1 tsp cumin greasepaint
  • 1 tsp coriander greasepaint 
  • 1 tsp red chili greasepaint
  • 1 tsp swab, or to taste / 2 tsp turmeric greasepaint
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 mug oil painting
  • 1/4 mug fresh cilantro Diced

 

Instructions:

 

Cut the funk into bite- sized pieces and set away. In a visage, heat oil painting over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until they're golden brown. Add garlic and green chilies and sauté for another 1- 2 twinkles. Add tomatoes and continue to cook until they're soft and mushy. Add cumin greasepaint, coriander greasepaint, red chili greasepaint, swab, turmeric greasepaint, and garam masala, and cook for 2- 3 twinkles or until the oil painting starts to separate from the masala. Add the funk to the visage, and cook until it's completely cooked through, stirring sometimes. Reduce heat to low, and let it cook for another 2- 3 twinkles. Turn off heat, add the fresh cilantro on top of it Serve over rice, or with naan chuck

 

Enjoy! You can acclimate the spice situations according to your taste preferences. Also, you can use skin- on funk shanks or hams for a further rich flavor.
